Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At GODSPEEDSTYLE, we aim to provide a reliable and convenient shopping experience. Please review our policies on order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds before completing your purchase.

1. Order Cancellation & Modifications

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Requests for cancellation or changes must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

Once your order enters processing, packaging, or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 will be deducted from refunded amounts to cover administrative and payment handling costs.

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later.

Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging, labels, and accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Items arrive damaged, defective, or do not match your order.

Orders fail to arrive within the guaranteed delivery period.

Valid proof, such as photos, videos, or unpacking documentation, must be provided.

Refunds for personal preference (buyer’s remorse) are allowed, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. All refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Exchange Policy

If an item is undelivered due to carrier error, a replacement will be sent at no extra charge.

If incorrect shipping information is provided by the customer, the replacement shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Exceptions & Limitations

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for:

Orders delayed due to incorrect customer information or failure to accept delivery.

Items in transit at the time of cancellation request.

Pre-order or custom-made products, unless defective.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval.

Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Returns resulting from customs issues, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered, we will attempt to contact you using the provided email address. If no response is received and the package is returned or destroyed, we cannot be held responsible for the loss.

7. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.

We encourage customers to review their shipping details carefully before placing international orders. Returns or cancellations due to customs fees or shipping costs are generally not accepted.
